Feature at the online magazine Beef Central
Our MIJ-30 camera conditional approval by the Australian independent board AusMeat to grade marbling scores from 0 to 9+ was featured in an article of the online magazine Beef Central.
According to the report, the MIJ-30 is recognized as the gold standard for marbling and carcass quality grading technologies, developed by Professor Keigo Kuchida for more than 30 years at Obihiro University. The technology is now being used in major global beef markets, and the Australian Wagyu Association (AWA) acquired five MIJ cameras for commercial use. The MIJ-30’s ability to measure marbling fineness is a key attribute important to Wagyu quality.
