Event report: FOODEX JAPAN 2023

We were at FOODEX JAPAN 2023, held at Tokyo Big Sight from March 7 (Tue.) to 10 (Fri.), 2023, together with our Uruguayan distributor TechnoBeef, demonstrating the MIJ camera and meat quality analysis using a carcass model.
