Japan National Team puts up a great fight at the Australian Inter-University Meat Judging Competition, MIJ camera also appeared

From July 2nd to 6th, 2024, the Japan National Team participated in the Australian University Meat Judging Competition held in Wagga Wagga, Australia, and achieved a remarkable feat, with a member of the Japan National Team winning the individual competition in the lamb carcass category, coming 5th in the individual competition and 2nd in the team competition in the dressed carcass and dressed meat categories, coming 3rd in the individual competition and winning the team competition in the Overall Questions category.

Among them, students from Obihiro University of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine, led by Professor Kuchida, who is also a director of MIJ Labo, participated as representatives of Japan, and our MIJ camera was used frequently during the lectures on meat analysis!
